Dharma that Every Buddhist Must Follow, the text used for this course,  is a collection of discourses given by Dorje Amang Nopu PaMu. This course is a prerequisite for studying and practicing the Vajra Perfection Yoga Dharma (P03X). The only prerequisites required to take this course are “G02-Spiritual Biography” and C01-Essays from Dharma King Zun Sheng.” This course will study these discourses in the following fifteen lessons that include 134 homework questions.

LESSON ONE: Introduction

LESSON TWO: Discovering One’s Consciousness

LESSON THREE: The Ten Superficialities of Practitioners

LESSON FOUR: Seeking Enlightenment & Worldly Affairs

LESSON FIVE: Understanding Cause & Effect and Clearly Believing in Cause & Effect

LESSON SIX: Respectful Heart & Correspondence of the Three Karmas

LESSON SEVEN: Twenty Types of Futility

LESSON EIGHT: Situational Dharma Talks

LESSON NINE: The Mist of the Morning Dew

LESSON TEN: How One Should Forever Love One’s Dearest Family Members

LESSON ELEVEN: Confused Views Concerning Schools and Biased Thoughts that Obstruct the Pursuit of Enlightenment

LESSON TWELVE: Falsely Claiming to be a Dharma King or Rinpoche

LESSON THIRTEEN: Inhibiting Disciples Contact with the Master

LESSON FOURTEEN: How to Obtain Supernormal Powers

LESSON FIFTEEN: How Difficult Is It to Become Accomplished?

If you wish to take this class, you should acquire the book and enroll to be able to see the homework questions. I am anticipating following the same format we used with P10-The Great Dharma of Zen Practice where the homework questions will be assigned to the students enrolled in the class who will then present their understanding of the question and then lead the discussion on that question.

You can purchase the text book directly from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum (170 E. School St. Covina CA 91723) or pay by credit card, or PayPal. The cost is $36 plus shipping fee. They can ship to your address. Please contact Michelle Chang at (626) 281-6378, (973)337-7539. The museum hours are from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 5:30.

CLICK for my summary of the Buddha Master’s “It Will Be Fruitless If One Does Not Listen to Discourses in Accordance with the Dharma Expounded in this Discourse.” Better yet, listen to it in Chinese. Sorry, I do not believe there is any authorized translations of this discourse yet. This summary is also included in both D01 and D01(A). One of the instructions in this discourse was to study Dorje PaMu’s Dharma That Every Buddhist Must Follow.
