We started our discussion of Dorje PaMu’s on May 30, but only covered the first three questions from the “PART I-Introductory Portion”, which included a brief discourse from PaMu on the lessons induced from Nectar as well as comments from Elder Dharma King Dorje Losang and several rinpoches. It also included introductions from the publisher and translator of the text. I summarized our discussion below.
We will continue Dorje Pamu’s G36-Dharma that Every Buddhist Must Follow on June 13. You should complete the prerequisites of G02 and C01, enroll in this course, AND register for the ZOOM link to join us in the Saturday morning group discussions.
Since we will be in Hesperia this Sunday, we will NOT meet on ZOOM this weekend.
The following are brief summaries of our discussion on May 30, 2026 with links to the video of our ZOOM discussion of that class and previous sessions below. The large bold blue quotes are from an interview of Great Dharma King Yangwo Yisinubu (H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III) by Elderly Dharma King Dorje Losang. Please note that in the video of this class we heard the understanding expressed by the various participants, which may or may not be correct. To better understand the translation of all the actual quotes from Female Dharma King Dorje PaMu you need to read the text, Dharma That Every Buddhist Must Follow.
Who is Dorje Pamu? Does she have other names and, if so, what are they?
Vajravarahi Great Mahasattva (Diamond Sow), Buddha Mother, female yidam, Buddha Mother of Wisdom, female Dharma King.
Who is Dorje Pamu’s master?
Mahavairocana Great Dharma King Zun Seng.
What is holy nectar, who can invoke it, how is it invoked, and what is it used for?
I has nothing to do with any substance found on this earth. It is something sacred that has come from the realm of the Holy Ones and Buddhas. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha said that it is
“Holy food that corresponds with the miraculous powers and great wisdom of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. . . [only] those Holy Ones and Great Dharma Kings who have reached the level of a Buddha or Mahasattva” can invoke nectar. . . In order to successfully invoke the Buddhas to bestow true nectar one must recite the holy mantras of a Dharma King, must put one’s hands in the mudra of a Dharma King, and must ascend to the throne of a Dharma King. . . . [It is used to] plant the holy seeds of Vajra in order to realize enlightenment. It can eliminate all karma one produced in this world. Ending the cycle of birth and death becomes as easy as turning one’s hand.”
