On H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Day, January 19, 2023, Hua Zang Si (a Buddhist temple in San Francisco) held a Freeing Captured Living Beings (Fish Release) Dharma Assembly at San Rafael, California. The following brief video documents that event and allows all of us to participate. His Holiness encouraged all of us to participate in this type of events or do community service work to honor this day.
