There will be a Kuan Yin Bodhisattva Great Empowerment Dharma Assembly in Salt Lake City, Utah on Saturday, April 8, 2023 starting at 1:00 pm Mountain Time. I will conduct the hour and a half ceremony with the support of Gesang Suolang Rinpoche and her Xuanfa Utah Dharma Center Sangha. It will be held at the First Unitarian Church at 569 South 1300 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. Please let Gesang know if you want to attend to see if there are still any available openings. The space is limited.
We will try and hold the special concluding practice to help other people after the empowerment by donating offerings to both provide Dharma books to local prisoners, to a local No-Kill animal shelter to help save animal lives, or a similar activity. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha has told us that He would not have advocated practicing this Dharma or even have transmitted it to any of His disciples without the concluding practice. Any offerings made by those who participate in the empowerment will be used accordingly.
