Old and new students of Buddhism and other religions were finally able to hear part of a preliminary English translation of the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation (SAUMOL) in both Rosemead and San DIego this week. Although it has been available on-line in Chinese for many years, an approved English translation has not yet been released. These classes plus the ones already given at our temple and elsewhere and scheduled for Portland and Salt Lake City yet this year do provide a preliminary glimpse of what this great work contains.

Bulletin #11 from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III first published from “The Most Excellent Enlightenment Emptiness-Practice Oceanic Mind-Essence” of the SAUMOL, the vow and the determination to carry out that vow from the mind of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in March 2010 that is seen here in a more recent translation.

We will continue our study of the SAUMOL on July 12 in Rosemead, on July 13 & 14 in San Diego, and again in Portland on July 28 and in Salt Lake City on November 2 & 3.These classes are open to any serious seeker of the truth, Buddhist and non-Buddhist alike.
