United Meditation/Prayer for Peace and a Great Awakening for Our Planet

Baima Gabu Rinpoche brought us a notice of an event that I wanted to share with you. There will be an eight-day meditation/prayer offered for peace and a great awakening of our planet, starting Sunday March 5th to Sunday March 12th at eight pm in your time zone for eight minutes. We can take time to meditate and set deep, clear, and powerful intention into the collective for the highest manifestation. We are encouraged to share this intent far and wide, to get as many souls focused on this powerful work of uplifting, awakening, and healing for our planet together. No matter what our religion, outlook, or spiritual belief, we all love and want healing for this world. This is a crucial time in history, and our hearts and souls can unite together toward something better.

This is an initiative, started by Dr. John Hagelin, based on earlier work held in the 1980s, during the peak of the Lebanon War with positive results reported in the Yale University Journal of Conflict Resolution. It seems like the time is right for this to happen again. Baima mentioned this after our 6:00 pm meditation session last night. For her being in a New Mexico Time Zone, she would do this after our meditation session ended.

To enable our group to participate with Baima and others, I will extend our meditation sessions to end at 8:08 Pacific Time during that period for those who wish to participate. You are also welcome to join our meditation sessions, too, and stay as long as you like, but you will need to enter the session by 6:00. Just contact me for the ZOOM link, or just do this on your own. In any event, I do find it helpful to have others join in a group meditation when they can. Sometimes we talk and share experiences, but often we are just together in silence.
