When we formed the Lemonade Sangha over five years ago we started with a virtual Dharma Class on What is Cultivation? After today’s class Dylan asked for us to revisit that course as he still had questions about impermanence. It reminded me that he had asked similar questions after we held a ZOOM session on What is Cultivation? in 2020. I want to replay the video we have of that discussion for those of you who missed that session and to remind you of what we covered for those who were there. I am also providing links to some of the other items discussed in this video. It may be a while before we do another on line class on this, but it is something we all need to reflect on daily.
