We continued our discussion of of the third Mind-Essence practice from the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation part of Lesson 5 of C41(A)-The Three Principal Stages and Paths of Buddhist Practice. We will continue this week (December 16, 2023) with considering how to practice the “Cultivation of Unconditional and Ultimate Bodhichitta” and the “Verses Explaining Phenomena.” We may be able to also discuss the “Main Meditation Practice.” You can follow this section of the course by reviewing questions #258-#266.
